To complete your return, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Complete the Withdrawal form
Please fill out the Withdrawal form.

Step 2. Send the item back to our warehouse
After completing the form, please return the item to the following address:
Vrahimis Building, 59 Ayios Athanasios, Limassol 4102, Cyprus
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for shipment.
Step 3. Return shipping costs
In accordance with our Return Policy, the customer is initially responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If, upon review, it is determined that the return is due to an operational error on our part (for example, an incorrect item was shipped or the item has a manufacturing defect), the return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed.
Step 4. Keep proof of shipment
After sending the item, please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return process has been completed. We may request these details to verify shipment and monitor delivery status.
Please note that the risk of loss or damage during return transit remains with the sender until the item has been received at our warehouse.
Step 5. Inspection and refund
Once the item has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect it to verify that the original hygiene seals remain intact and that there are no signs of use.
Refunds will be processed only after the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions set out in our Return Policy.
