We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you may be eligible to return or exchange your items in accordance with the policy below.

Right to Cancel and Return
You have the right to cancel your order and return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your purchase, without providing a reason.
If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day you received the final item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at care.iseeme@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must be shipped back within 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.
- The product must not show any signs of wear, makeup marks, deodorant stains, or damage.
- Returns are not accepted if the hygiene seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with.
Customers are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling the items beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, or fit.
When trying on garments, please keep your underwear on until you are sure the fit and style suit you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, in accordance with Cyprus and EU consumer protection laws, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie (underwear)
- Bodysuits
All other items, such as skirts and trousers, can be returned or exchanged within the 14-day return window if they meet the conditions listed above.
Please make sure to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Items marked as non-returnable in their description are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at care.iseeme@gmail.com.
We’ll review your case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or refund.
Exchange Policy
Eligible items (excluding lingerie and bodysuits) may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- They are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is included.
If the desired product is unavailable, you may:
- Choose another item of equal or greater value (with price adjustment if needed), or
- Wait for restock if applicable.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service. iseeme is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
